19 June, 2010 : New Law - Donors Pledge Neutrality
Harare — Foreign financiers of the constitution-making process have pledged not to influence the content of the proposed new supreme law. There have been fears that donors would flex their financial muscle to direct what goes into the new constitution. The donors had earlier tried to impose "consultants" and personnel to take part in the outreach programme.
